Why a career as a STNA?

In our current economic landscape many industries have been experiencing downsizing, closures and job eliminations.  The healthcare field is growing in the need for well qualified, educated professionals such as State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA).  The demand for Nursing Assistants continues to increase therefore providing numerous opportunities for a stable, challenging and rewarding career.

What is the role of a STNA?

STNA’s provide care and assistance to individuals in various healthcare settings such as: Long Term Care, Assisted Living Facilities and Group Homes, Home Healthcare and Hospitals. Neither prior medical experience, nor a High School Diploma or GED is required for enrollment in our Nursing Assistant Course.
